Data collection and processing on our website
Server log files
Our website is hosted by: domainfactory GmbH, Oskar-Messter-Str. 33, 85737 Ismaning, Germany. This service provider collects and stores the following information on our behalf after it is automatically transmitted by your device:
- Anonymised IP address
- Time you accessed the website and time zone information
- Requested file
- Access status (file transferred, file not found and so on)
- Amount of data transferred
- Referrer URL
- Browser type/version and operating system used
This usage data can be used for troubleshooting, statistical analyses and adapting and optimising the website in response to our visitors’ needs as required. The legal basis is Art. 6(1), point (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The creation of personal user profiles is excluded from the anonymised data. The anonymised usage data is automatically deleted after a certain period of time has elapsed (up to 60 days). This data is not compared against other stored data and is not passed on to third parties, even in part.
Registration on this website
You have the option of registering on our website should you wish to make use of additional functions available on the website. Any data you enter for this purpose will only be used by us for the purpose of using the website or service for which you have registered. The details marked as mandatory during the registration process must be completed in full. If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to register.
If there are any major changes to what we are offering you or in the event of any changes that are necessary for technical reasons, we will use the email address you provided when you registered to let you know.

For our website we use the web analytics service Hotjar of the company Hotjar Ltd (“Hotjar”). This analysis service allows us to track movements on our website. For example, you can see how far users scroll down the screen and which buttons they click. This provides us with useful information to optimise our website even more customer-friendly.
When using Hotjar, we pay attention to the protection of your personal data. We can only track which buttons are clicked, the mouse movement, the scrolling behavior, the screen resolution of the device, the device type and browser information, country of residence and browser language.

SSL and TLS encryption
